Individual Work

Psychotherapy

Supporting individuals and couples through lasting patterns, distress, and relational difficulties

Psychotherapy offers a structured space to explore what is getting in the way — emotionally, relationally, or in terms of how you engage with yourself and others.

The work is dialogical, relational, with somatic and narrative integration. It draws on Gestalt principles, attending to present experience, contact patterns, and the body as a source of information. The focus is on what is alive and unresolved, not on diagnosis or technique.
