Context

When This Work Fits

This work is designed for organisations where senior leadership recognise that performance, culture, and resilience are interconnected, and are willing to examine real dynamics rather than surface symptoms. It works best when there is commitment to moving from diagnosis to meaningful change.

  • Leadership has the authority and intent to shift how teams operate
  • The organisation recognises stress and burnout as systemic, not individual failings
  • There is appetite for evidence-based approaches over quick fixes
  • Culture change is seen as inseparable from leadership development
  • Relevant stakeholders can participate openly in the work, including those closest to the day-to-day reality
  • The organisation can commit sufficient time, access and resources to implement and evaluate change

Resilience · Assessment

Team Resilience

Team resilience work addresses the collective capacity of teams to adapt, recover and maintain performance under sustained demand. It uses individual and aggregated resilience profiling — using the Executive FiRE Index® — to identify strengths and development priorities, giving teams a clear, evidence-based picture of where they are and what to work on.

Who It Is For

  • Teams under sustained demand, restructuring, or burnout risk, where collective regulation and performance need strengthening

Areas of Focus

  • Individual and aggregated resilience profiling using the Executive FiRE Index®
  • Collective regulation and recovery
  • Psychological safety
  • Targeted development priorities

Potential Outcomes

  • A clear picture of team resilience strengths and risks
  • Targeted, evidence-based development
  • Better collective regulation
  • Sustainable performance

Culture · Systems

Culture & Systems Consulting

Consulting work addresses systemic patterns and structural factors that influence how organisations function. Work is based on observing real dynamics rather than surveys alone.

Who It Is For

  • Organisations facing conflict, fragmentation, stalled change, or cultural strain

Areas of Focus

  • Culture and relational patterns
  • Leadership and decision structures
  • Live organisational dynamics
  • Conflict and change
  • Somatic and relational dynamics as live information about how the organisation is functioning
